you may need to adjust the diverter cartridge on the valve to fix the switch control arm. Here are the steps to do so: Turn off the water supply to the faucet and open the valve to release any residual pressure. Remove the handle by loosening the set screw with an Allen wrench and pulling it off. Unscrew the bonnet nut and remove the diverter cartridge by pulling it out with pliers. Check the O-rings and seals for any damage or wear and replace them if necessary. Align the diverter cartridge with the valve body and push it in firmly until it snaps into place. Screw the bonnet nut back on and tighten it with a wrench. Reattach the handle and secure it with the set screw. Turn on the water supply and test the faucet for proper operation. It is from the year 2000, if one believes the Internet search results. These clocks can not be repaired since the hands would almost always be differently attached. Changing parts is also the only option. At best you'll find a clock as donor for both the mechanic part and the hands. Nowadays quartz clocks have seamless motion and therefor no ticking sound. Some are adjusted by radio signals. Please do check if you placed batteries deep enough on the positive side and the contacts not being corroded.

I have never heard of a toilet that needs an electronic reset, but it appears it is as simple as just disconnecting the power for 10 minutes. It does sound though are yours has a failing flush valve. Depending on how hard the grout has set, I would use a small, sharp Cold Chisel and small 2 Ounce hammer, to very gently chip away from the tile surface toward the grout joint. Be very careful not to damage the tile surface. Then finish off with some 000 wire wool to polish the tile.
