Clean it out may have dust inside of it .or it is out of date and change it .

You cannot totally disassemble and reassemble the Waterpik SM-451. The black housing will not come apart. I disassembled(destroyed) it but the black housing part cannot be disassembled due to the fact that is is GLUED together, on the outer edge and also inside on the water diverter. My issue was the 4 function selector ring not doing anything. After it lost this function, you could shake it and hear the broken lever arm inside the body. I could get at the lever arm and superglue it back together but then could not get it over the nylon lever. IF you could glue the lever around the square nylon lever attachment, then it could be re-assembled and operational. Heating the SM-451 black housing did not realease the glue. See my pictures. A new one costs $23, but that is no fun..:>

I have a Hydramax that keeps dripping when turned off. Replacing all the O-rings in the cartridge brought things to as new. The small O-ring on the end of the cartridge spindle was the culprit.

first of all you need to make a plain of where you want bath or shower, sink,toilet and any vanity cubbards,and radiators to be placed, then you need to make sure all walls are square (wich might mean plastering) floors are sound (no movement), and work out the cost before you start, all the best.
