My Pal Scout needs replacement battery spring..

Hi, I would perform a test use of the spring before purchasing it to reach this conclusion. You can call ahead to several part stores that you've identified to carry the spring and request if test use is possible. Then, work with the stores that say "yes". Thank you.

What foods should be avoided during pregnancy?

Fish rich in mercury - Such fish are usually found in polluted water. Mercury is a toxic element and concentrated amounts of this can prove to be dangerous for the nervous system, immune system and kidneys. Some examples of high-mercury fish include shark, swordfish, king mackerel and tuna. •Undercooked or raw meat - Eating meat that has not been cooked properly increases the risks of various bacterial and parasitic infections. This can prove to be quite harmful to the baby and also increase the risks of stillbirth, neurological problems, blindness, epilepsy etc. You should also avoid eating processed meat unless it has been heated properly. •Raw eggs - Avoid food products like salad dressings, homemade ice-cream, homemade mayonnaise, poached eggs etc that contain raw eggs. There are significant risks of raw eggs being contaminated with Salmonella. The infection only affects the mother; however, it can lead to complications during childbirth leading to premature or stillbirth. •Caffeine - The caffeine you take very easily passes into the placenta and fetus. Since the growing child does not have the enzymes to metabolize this caffeine, it starts building up in unhealthy quantities, thereby hindering fetal growth and development.

Can i bring food and baby bottles with me on the plane

I recently flew with my daughter and 13 month old grandson. At at least one of the airports (maybe both, can't remember) they were directed to a separate "family" security line - which was faster than the regular line. Milk, juice, formula, baby food, etc. is allowed in quantities greater than the 3 oz limit for other liquids. Also, they allow ice packs for keeping these products cold. Be sure to take plenty. They generally don't have milk available on the airplanes, we wished we had brought more. Also, take plenty of bottles/cups with you because there is no convenient way to wash them while traveling. I also suggest some empty plastic bags, for discarding dirty diapers or enclosing used bottles/cups that may have some liquid left in them. Good luck with your travels and you can also see this link for excellent information from TSA about traveling with children https://www.tsa.gov/travel/special-procedures/traveling-children

Jumperoo does not spin

WD40 is a bad choice as a lubricant. The "WD" stands for "Water Displacement" - while it is an oil and will lubricate, it's mainly designed to drive out water from a wet ignition, rusty joints etc. It also has a tendency to attract and hold dirt/dust.Silicone spray lubricants are the best option. I often find when I buy something for the kids, the moving parts don't move as freely as they should. Spraying silicon lubricant right into the joints (hinge, axel, etc) and working the joint vigorously usually works.

Hi, I have a Philips SCD361 Monitor. Generally

The issue you are having could be caused by a number of things but the most likely is either interference from a transmitter in the same frequency range or the Monitor has a failing capacitor on the board.

If you can think back to when the issue first started and check to see if you have any new devices that might be on the same frequency range and test them by turning them off for a while to see if it continues though this would not be effective if you live close to anyone else.

If that does not work then use high quality batteries and make sure the unit is placed far away from any windows in the room also make sure any florescent lights are not in use near the unit and make sure its not next to any thing else that uses a power supply that has the square box on the plug that includes using the same outlet.

This particular device use's a low frequency range around 40mhz which can be prone to interference more then a lot of the newer units that use 800mhz to 2Gighz.

If all of the above fails you will have to replace the unit or seek repair from the manufacturer if it's still under any warranty.
