Put first rubber seal on the glass and fit a thin rope all around the seal with rope ends come out at middle downside. Let glass (with seal fitted on it) sit down side of car window, and pull rope ends from inside the car, while someone pushing the glass from outside to help seal fit on window edge.

390 battery, 2 of them. I just replaced mine. Also look out for the compass glue drying out and letting the compass appear off center. I used gel super glue to recenter and fasten down.

Have you tried using the strap at the back of the seat and using the black toggle to hold it into place. I am having a problem when the seat is upright position and you fold the pushchair the clips that hold the seat undo. The shop where I brought it from says you have to have the seat flat to fold the pushchair. But the seat string/toddle gets stuck. Anyone else having this problem?

I don't think you will find such available but here goes some info and where you might look. I would query Potterybarn Kids for the address of the manufacturer as I don't think Potterybarn carries replacement parts. For some reason, unless it is on the documentation, I find it very frustrating to attempt to locate the manufacturer. First, here is assembly which describes parts. It looks like the parts came with it as bunk beds and you removed them for twins.
