How to remove a splinter using glue
Have you ever had a splinter in your hand or foot? Splinters can be incredibly annoying and sometimes very painful. Often you won't have a good tweezer around or you simply can't bear the thought of digging the splinter out. My grandmother had the perfect solution to this problem. Place a warm to hot compress over the area with the splinter for five minutes to loosen up the skin and open your pours. Then dry the area thoroughly or this trick won't work. Place a thin layer of Elmer's glue over the area of the splinter (Just like you used to do as a kid in art class!) Five minutes later, once the glue is completely dried, grab the glue from one corner and pull up quickly. Pull it similarly to the way you would if you were waxing a body part... but I promise the splinter removal will pain free. Sometimes, the glue will grab onto the splinter but only bring it half the way up. In that case, you can repeat until you are splinter free and clear.
Glossy Accents when dry on art tiles dip in the middle
Sounds like you're describing what we usually call a 'fish eye' in the paint. It usually comes from a greasy film on the surface. Normally the surface would need to be cleaned/degreased and/or primed before painting. Not sure what was involved in your process of 'making art tiles' but if you painted them with an oil/alkyd/solvent based paint, it could create a 'fish eye' effect if the glossy accents you applied on top is latex/water-based.
Tube sealants keep bikes from getting flats!
When it comes to fixing and preventing flat tires on bikes there are many options from tire liners to puncture proof tires, but I have found that tube sealants have been the best solution. Tube sealants can be used to fix existing punctures in your tires and can work as a preventative measure against future punctures. Making them a great fix and first line of defense!

They're also super easy to apply, you just inject the sealant into the tire through the air valve on the tire. The sealant works to coat the inside of the tube protecting you from any future punctures and if there is a hole in your tire it will fill and seal off the hole. A simple solution for a very big problem!
