most folks cant, its a computer and are complex. all are. no PC stated at all just ATT? no OS stated windows 10? first in a shop we test the HDD first or look silly loading say w10 100 times and failing. most old HDD are dead, or fails smart tests. wana learn ask.

Hi there, At some point during the process you copy of windows came corrupt- could be a result of improper updating, and sometime it windows itself. I forget which os but I remember this happening with an update- anyway if you keep getting the screen of ***** you need to reinstall windows from a flash drive or cd or whatever means you have to install it. It is also possible that you may need a new hard drive. Keep in mind that with many updates of many devices it usually accesses the memory to write the updated information to and if it looses power during the process it could damage the drive. Reinstall windows and be ready to buy a new drive. You can download windows 10 for free any other i think you need a key code to download. good luck
