I have bought a used Astoria SAE Espresso Machine ...

You'll want to back flush the machine with espresso machine cleaning powder:

I have an Astoria Divina SAE-1 Espresso Machine and the steam is too hot to properly steam milk... The milk has too many bubbles as well.. How do i adjust it?

It is supposed to be like that. You are supposed to steam the milk in a jug with a thermometer in it. The milk is supposed to mix and the bubbles for a tight layer on top. The actual temperature should be between 120 °F / 49 °C and 140 °F / 60 °C. Milk that is steamed at a lower, steady temperature will have a richer, sweeter flavor profile. If you overheat the milk, it will taste burned, because you've essentially denatured the proteins, preventing foaming and scalding the milk.

Boiler pressure (steamer pressure) is at 0.

Problem is either the element, the pressure stat or the reset thermostat on the boiler left side if the model is equipped with one, has tripped, possibly because the machine is low on water in the boiler or the contacts for the pressure stat are damaged or dirty. First I would check the water level in the boiler then remove the left side panel and check the reset switch and press it in, then turn on machine to see if it heats up. If you do not have a reset switch on the machine then check the element and pressure stat to make sure they are working properly, do a resistance test.

Jus got an astoria sae junior i got hot water steam but no water on brew head no boiler pressure is 0 all the time just change the pump need help

There could be a number of issues here. If the pump pressure reads 0 then that would suggest there is no power going to the pump. Does the machine hum when you press for a brew? If it does then the pump is receiving power. If you have changed the pump recently have you reset the pump pressure manually on the pump head? This is done by adjusting the nut (12mm I think?) anti-clockwise to increase the pressure. Clockwise to reduce it. Perhaps the pressure gauge is faulty? No water to the brew head if the water pressure is fine and the pump is working indicates a blockage in the group head. You will need to strip down the valve and clear the filter which is a small hole under the large nut... Make sure the water is turned off and the machine is cold and isolated before stripping out the valve.

Astoria Divina SAE/2N 2 heads. What would make the spout in between the heads be only cold water and the water level gauge shows all the way at the top of the glass?

If by spout you mean tea valve, it could be that the economizer mixing solenoid valve is set to deliver more cold water when mixing. As for the level the silver probe on boiler.

Will not heat no steam

CHECK VOLTAGE 1. AT THE HEAT ELEMENT, THEN AT THE PRESSO STATO AND THERMO SAFETY SWITCH. IF YOU HAVE VOLTAGE AT ALL 3 THE HEAT ELEMENT IS BURNT UP. IN THIS CASE U WILL SEE A CONTINUATION BETWEEN ONE OF THE HE ELECTR. CONNECTOR AND GROUND. UNPLUG THE UNIT FIRST FOR THIS TEST!!!!

Pump comes on..no water out of right side?

hi, just saw ur post. if u r still interested, the problem sits in he water supply from the heat exchanger to the cdg/coffee dispenser group. it can be a micro filter, jet, screen or pipe inside the system that is scaled or clocked with coffee residue. obviously u are using the right side more than the left. do u back flush with cefiza and descale the boiler/heat exchanger regularly as well, that should be the first to do, then investigate further. rudy.ky
