Online writing function for Digimemo L2 doesn't work
This is what worked for us: After you click on "run as administrator", you return to the online page and click on the online writing icon.
This immediately synchronizes the paper on the pad and the online page.
Also, you will notice that you can't use the digital pen to click commands in the program when the online writing icon is activated. However, you can still use your mouse or touch pad to click on commands. So, you do have to go back and forth between the pen and the touch pad when the online writing icon is activated.

I pen does not work
Check the charge on the unit, if not it is best to seek help if the unit is under warranty for a replacement.
