This means that the master card you are using has a time parameter on it.

Or it means that the lock has a time parameter in the program.

The other time you will get that light signal is when the lock is in privacy mode. It will go in privacy if it thinks the dead bolt is thrown. Sometimes the little micro switch on the back plate is open. Check to make sure the switch is closed when the dead bolt is in. This is the switch where the red and black wire plug in.

Thanks,

Onity door flashing red with room key card but master key works. Batteries are new.

A few possibilities. First reprogram guest key then dip. If not fixed, load pp and Initialize lock. If not fixed confirm proper operation of pp by Initializing a known working lock. If pp is in good shape, change control board and Initialize. Your problem should now be fixed.

Onity lock flashes red and green with guest card but Master card works fine

Engage the deadbolt. Try the guest key. If you get a green light with the deadbolt engaged, under the cover plate, adjust the cam a quarter turn. If you still get the flashing red and green, at the switch by the cam, disconnect the small connector with the red and black wires. Try the guest key. If you get the green light then that little switch next to the cam should be replaced. You will replace the entire plate because the switch is fixed to it.

Two of my smoke alarms went off (no fire/smoke in or near house), one has a green light blinking and one has a solid green light, which need a new battery/reset?

The constant green LED means the alarm has AC power.
A flashing green light every 2 seconds without an audible alert means the unit recently sounded ( was the one activated ) and is now in latching mode to let you know that it was the unit that detected the problem. To clear the latching mode hold down the test button for 5 seconds.
Red LED flashing once per minute means that the back-up battery is connected and functioning.
Red light flashing constantly during alarm means that it is the unit that initiated the alarm siren.

Onity ht 24 lock. master key will work. room key flashes red/green. i reprogrammed lock and have same issue

If the master key works on your Onity HT24 lock, but the room key flashes red/green, it may be a problem with the key itself or the lock cylinder. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Check the battery: Make sure the battery in the lock is fresh and has enough power to operate the lock. A low battery can cause the lock to malfunction.
  2. Check the key: Inspect the room key for any signs of damage or wear. If the key is damaged, it may not work properly and will need to be replaced.
  3. Check the lock cylinder: If the key is in good condition, it may be a problem with the lock cylinder. Make sure the cylinder is clean and free from debris. If it is dirty or has debris inside, it may need to be cleaned or replaced.
  4. Reset the lock: Try resetting the lock by unplugging it and removing the batteries. Wait a few minutes and then reconnect the power and batteries. This may help to clear any errors and allow the lock to function properly.
  5. Contact the manufacturer: If none of these steps resolves the issue, you may need to contact the manufacturer for further assistance. They may be able to help diagnose and fix the problem or recommend a professional locksmith who can assist you.

I recently puchased an EGET MO-H04CD portable oxygen concentrator and I am having problems charging the Lithium batteries that were supplied with the unit. There are no instructions on how long you have to...

Red light normally means that the battery needs charging. The green flashing light can mean the battery is charging or has charged, and the same with the solid green light. Green in this case is good.

Charge the unit overnight and see what the indicator state is. It should not take more than 8 hours of charging for a Li-ion battery. Once you know what the full state light looks at, then you can tell what the charging indicator looks like.

In all cases, ensure you are using the proper charger with the unit.

Programming or Overriding the Alarm when you have lost the remote
Open driver's door.
Turn ignition key to 'On'
Press and *hold programming button* in (see diagram, button under dashboard)
After 15 seconds the the door locks will cycle 3 times. Do not release Programming button.
Press lock (left) button the remotes to be programmed. The door locks will cycle one time. Exit programming mode by releasing Programming button under dashboard and turning key to off.

If you can't find it, it might still be tucked up in the wiring harness higher up in that same general area. The botton is recessed in a plastic ring (see diagram).

Door opens half way then closes quickly with electric operation sprayed wd40 on rollers but still not working properly

Sounds like the 9 volt battery is very low, please put in a new, fresh 9 volt battery and see if that helps, as you've already addressed any issues with sticking, etc. When the battery(ies) are low, some electronic locks don't have enough power to fully pull in the dead bolt and the internal spring can overpower the small motor and cause the lock to re-engage quickly.

If you're getting a flashing red light when you enter in your key code, followed by flashing green light, your battery is low, if you're getting a flashing red light, the batteri is critically low.

If you have recently installed this lockset, it is possible that the alignment is off and is causing the deadbolt to drag and is preventing free movement. You'll need to adjust the lockset to allow the deadbolt to move freely by turning the hand knob with the door shut all the way.

If that doesn't help, please contact Schlage directly by calling them at the numbers provided:

No 'green' light on bacl of my 'old' Vivitar 285

Then I'd say it's a reasonably sure thing that the green light is just burned out, The lights are supposed to be off at first, then red when there's a partial charge, then green when there's a full charge, then flashing between red and green when the "battery saver" kicks in. If you're seeing off, then red, then off, then flashing red, then that means everything in the charging circuit is working perfectly, there's just no green light.
