Printer Magicolor 1690MF I have paper jam, and after that, printer hasnt got power for two days. The power come back but its come up message "machine trouble call service 0094 " Could help with that. Thanks

If it got jammed in the fuser unit (the hot part) the fuser can come out as a unit then remove the media wad

Place thick paper and push it manually while rotating the rollers in that way the small paper jam remain inside will comeout.

Everything you checked sound good. Might be printer software problem, and needs to be re-flashed. Software only available from secure web site that a technician would have, see what it cost if to much buy a new one with extra bells and whistles !

Have a tech come out re-flash the copier OS. Firmware is only available thur secure web site

I have 1690mf and changed cartridges, the 3c10 call engineer appears after printing, paper jammed. Had call out from service engineer, afraid he's at a loss too, says it is a security issue but no instructions on how to repair, waiting now to hear from Konica theselves as to what is the answer, I can still print, just have to take the paper out and switch on an off when it stops, annoying though
