I cant get my emails becouse i cant remember my password or username for sky mail

Hi there
When you signed up to Sky they should have given you an email address. Alternatively they may have just given you a Username or Sky ID, in which case your email address will be this Username or Sky ID followed by "@sky.com"

This is because you activate auto-password (or password remembering; password autocompletion) in your browser. Force the login procedure (as any usual user) and re-enter your username and the new password (be careful with CAPS LOCK!) and re-check "Remember me" option to not enter username & password each time you open your e-mail page...

Sorry, but we can't see your email unless you forward it, or give us your password. If you can't see your email because you've forgotten your password, click the "password" link in the "Forgotten your username or password?" just below the password field in the sky.com sign-in page.

You cannot get back your old Password. However,you can change your password by following the steps below.
In the Facebook login page, click 'Forgot your password' link below Password input box. In the page that appears, enter your mail id or phone number OR enter your facebook username (if you remember,or ask your friends to copy-paste your username in the URL of your profile) OR enter your full name and your Facebook friend's full name. You would receive mail from Facebook on steps how to reset your password.

Please remember that you have to enter the correct username and password. If you have forgotten your password, click the "forgot password" link and then follow the instruction there.

Log into Sky webmail, click mail settings, forwarding and pop/imap
enable IMAP.

iPhone:
Configure your mail client:

1. Tap Settings.
2. Tap Mail.
3. Tap Add Account.
4. Tap Other. (Note: Don't tap Sky Email; if you do, you'll set up POP rather than IMAP. We are aware of this issue and are currently working to make setting up Sky Email more intuitive for the iPhone).
5. Make sure that:
- The IMAP tab is highlighted
- Host Name is imap.tools.sky.com
- Username is your full Sky Email address, including '@sky.com'
- For Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP), Host Name is smtp.tools.sky.com

6. Tap Save.

And you've finished. You can verify your Advanced settings by tapping Settings, then [your Sky Email IMAP Account] followed by Advanced.

Incoming Settings:
- Use SSL: ON
- Authentication: password
- Server Port: 993 for IMAP.

Outgoing Settings:
- Use SSL: ON
- Authentication: Password
- Server Port: 465

++ If you forget the username:
Goto http://mail.yahoo.com/ then click on "forget your ID or Password", then a page will appear for you in next step and then choose " I forgot my Username" and click on "next", for now, you should insert your alternative email,Birthday,country of residence and postal code (as you inserted before). for next step, you'll reset your password and now your previous address mail will send to alternative mail
* Note: if you forget the alternative email,birthday,country of residence or postal code, you won't give it back! you should remember them exactly

Is this with oulook express, if so You will have to reconfigure Your mail settings to skys
go into outlook choose tools -> accounts -> mail tab -> servers and change settings to skys
