Hi,
He2 on the Samsung washer/dryer is reference to a heater failure however it is reference to the second heater element that is responsible for drying.
Contrary to what most people advise, do not turn ur washer on the side and look for loose wires under the machine. The second heater is located on the top of the
washer. Access is gained by removing the top cover.
There are two thermostats attached to the dryer on the top. Each has a white reset button in the centre. Check if all wires are connecred firmly to the thermostats. Reset each thermostat by pushing and holding the centre white button for 10 seconds.
Try running your dryer function. If the HE2 ERROR persists, you will have to replace the thermostats at a cost of around $6 each. They easily remove by undoing the two screws attached to them.
