Verify you have power to the unit?
Have you provided proper spacing of 5" between the unit and any adjacent wall? Note these are free- standing units and are not meant to be built in.
Make sure it is not located adjacent a heat source or in direct sunlight.
Check to make sure you have set the temperature controls correctly. See page 4 of the manual. Note if the power is interrupted your settings are erased and the cooler will default to the preset temperatures.
if you have power and the temperature settigns are correct ther eis likely an issue with the compressor and it may need to be serviced.

Please make sure that the cooler is receiving power. check for any signs like If you can hear the fridge thud when you turn the knob on or if theres a light on just to make sure that you have power.
If the power is okay the second thing you have to check is the condenser, see if it is showing some sign of life it should hum or you should feel it vibrate. If it's not then that means that is the reason why it's not cooling. Some refer to it as the motor but it's the round thing inside the fridge. The condenser is responsible for distributing the freon around the cooler so if it's gone bad then the fridge will not start to cool.
However, if the condenser shows a sign of life you may want to check the freon level. Freon is a CFC that gives the coldness that your fridge has, Without it then it wont work. Have a local technician check the freon level and see it it needs to be refilled.

that's always a possibility but not always the case. The thermostat may not be cycling correctly or set wrong. The condenser could be dirty or if there is a fan, it may not be running. Freeze ups can also cause an "Out of temp." condition. Check it out.
