I got 02-000 error on samsung scx-4623f . How can I fix it?

This printer has been locked to accept third party firmware or downgrade. You can only check the firmware mentioned at back side cover panel and up date the same or higher.

If firmware fix to reset toner, may be purchased from third party and may be searched from the net.

For the error, make power OFF and ON. It will continue on previous firmware. If not then upgrade to higher version. unless MPBA to be replaced. If the printer has version bellow ,V.xx.xx.99 that are not locked and update freely with third party firmware.

What's the model code for your printer?
There are three options;
XAX, XAA, XBG

For a direct link to the XAA type, follow the link below:

otherwise, you'll need to select the correct model code on the drop down.
On the Driver tab. Download the driver file under LINUX.
