Simplicity 4 in 1 Crib combo

I lost my instructions to change my crib into a toddler bed. Can you help me with the directions or e-mail me the help I need. I am not sure if I have the model number. All I know is that it a Simplicity Crib that is a 4 in 1. I got it from Wal-Mart. Thanks Sue I have lost the full assembly instructions for a Simplicity 8994W crib along with the appropriate recall instructions. Thank you.

I have lost the directions to my 4 in 1 simplicity crib, we are trying to convert it to a twin or the daybed but do know how, the manafacturing code is 3804cw and the vender item # 8994w, if u have any info on this bed please let me know.

FYI-your crib was recalled! Call the recall hotline at 888-593-9274 for new hardware, and they should be able to hook you up with instructions as well.

Thats funny, I thought I lost my directions too and I came on this website to find the answer, but I went up and REALLY searched the baby's room after no luck and finally found it, Im positive I have the same product: Aspen Simplicity 4-in1 Convertible Crib and Toddler bed, so if you (OR ANYONE else searching for this answer) still needs the instructions please feel free to email me @ [email protected] and I check my messages daily so I will get back to you with the directions written out....you do have a lot of pieces and parts that are needed to assemble the toddler bed just to keep that in mind...

There is a recall on thin crib you can take it to the store were you bought it and they should refund your money. I have one and Im taking my to the store tomorrow.

Simplicity 4 in 1 Crib combo
Take the matress out and look in the envelope attached to the frame which should have your directions in it. If you didn't put them here, it is pretty simple. You have two options but you need to have the extra screws and parts that came with it to make the modification.
1) there is a 'day bed' option that requires two short pieces of wood for each end. Remove the front adjustable wall along with all the slider hardware. Make sure the bed is at the lowest point and screw the wood pieces into the holes directly above the bed frame spot and to the point under the bed with the metal spacers provided. (You need 2 long screws and 1 short screw and 1 wood piece per side to make the day bed option.
2) to use the back piece as a headboard, remove the back piece and replace the back right post of the drawer stand with extra board provided. Add the brackets and your purchased frame.
