Hey all, after a load of grief, and NO help from the INTERWEB, I have chanced upon a solution. Firstly I installed a new local printer with IP number for network printer and associated network address/port (\\server\konicami). Then I installed the win7 64 bit bizhub162 drivers. Then I installed the win7 64bit BH 164 drivers and put an additional driver of x86 win2000 on the properties (server has win2000). Then, when I selected the BH162 driver in printer properties driver pull down menu, it worked. wahey.
ps. the additional x86 driver i was talking about was for the BH164, although i would imagine that if you installed the BH162 x86 drivers it would allow the server to see the info that way

Unfortunately, the manufacturer will not support 64-bit drivers for that printer.

Note: This is the Vista support page, but the driver architecture is the same for Windows 7, so they will be compatible.
Hi Kanto324
There hasn't been a windows 7 driver released as yet for this model. I would try using a Vista driver, It should do the trick.
Thanks
This is a very old post; however, maybe someone could use my help :).
The Konica Minolta Di2011 can be ordered with a built in printer module or not. The difference is that when you have the printer module, it works on PCL, but if not, it will only work using a GDI emulator.
For Win XP, you can find very easily the drivers on Konica website.
The drivers for Win7 64bit, especially the GDI Emulation for DI2011, cannot be found on the website.
I have found on the Konica Minolta website the STD GDI emulator for some other models and I have tested the one for the printer Konica Minolta 162.
It seems it works without problems for now, however I was only using it in A4 mode - manually selected. I have found that it requires a manual selection of the paper size and tray as it will not switch automatically.
I hope this helps.
