I need to set the time in my Armitron 40/8105gry. I lost the manual and have no idea how to set time. It is to confusing so please send me a description of how to set the time.

hi Robert.
i can not find a manual for this watch,but if you go to this link it should show you step by step on how to set it up.
its not showing your model number so not sure how good it will be to you.
if another window opens on the page just close the popup window down.

How do you set an armitron pro sport watch? Press the "Mode" button repeatedly until the time display appears on the watch. Hold the "Mode" button until you see the alarm display appear, then release the button. Hold the "Mode" button a second time to enter the time-setting mode.
