How about this, if you look what paper tray are avaible from the display pannel, is there a matching size paper tray or is the tray you are trying to use another size then lets say LTR. Is it a different size, if so you may have paper jamed behind the paper tray causing a different paper size, if so remove the jamed paper..... Also, the other suggestion are good as well.

I am struggling with my konica minolta printer(DIALTA DI552).Its giving me a error message "Matching paper size isnt available,put matching paper in the first tray.I have also put in paper in different ways in the trays.After i reboot printer it print 1 or 2 pages than error message popup again
Have the same problem, but I know where it lies.
My printer can not print below 92 x 184 mm yet I need 97 x 145 mm.
Any way to change the drivers so it supports the same as any other printer? This is ridiculous, I need to print cards, they aren't really that small or odd.
Got a question. Is this happening when your are printing out a pdf file with different page sizes that are greater than or less than 8 1/2 x 11?
