SOURCE: Unable to print #10 envelopes on my Xerox

Although you can lie to the 76XX series machine and get it to print on envelopes, the machine clearly shows that it does not take envelopes on the tray pictures. "Only C4 (229 x 324 mm / 9 x 12.7 in.) and C5 (102 x 229 mm / 4 x 8.7 in.) sized envelopes can be used with this printer; Number 10 envelopes are not supported. Attempting to use any other envelope sizes in this printer could result in jams. or damage to the printer. Do not use envelopes other than what is supported. "

Insert them Face up, flaps closed, leading edge to the right. When it asks, tell it envelopes, and give the size.

In the Envelopes section, under Mailings, Options, choose face up, and the 5th picture. It should work, but the envelopes sure get wrinkled.

I am sure you have reviewed the paper setting, so it may be a bad Paper Out Sensor 130E82190 or Actuator 120E11971

It's possible that the whole Tray 5 MPT 059K24801 may be bad

Sharp mx3110n printer won't use bypass tray? Trying to print on glossy paper using that tray and it won't, it automatically switches to tray 1. Or can I just put glossy paper in tray 1?

Hello Laura,
Here is the pdf that explains how to set up th bypass tray; http://support.appstate.edu/sites/support.appstate.edu/files/MX3110%20USE%20SPECIAL%20PAPER%20IN%20THE%20BYPASS.pdf

The text of it is as follows;

TO USE SPECIAL PAPER IN THE BYPASS
? Press either the picture of the copier or press
paper select
? Load paper in the bypass
? Make sure the correct size shows up under
bypass tray
? If paper is not just plain paper press type and
size
? Choose paper type
? If you are printing to the bypass from your
computer you must also tell the print driver
under the paper tab what type of paper is in
the bypass if its not just plain paper
? The copier and the PC must match paper
types
? Press the X button to Accept

Good Luck!

How can i avoid label sheets getting stuck in phaser 8560

1. Make sure you are feeding the labels from the bypass tray, not from the cassette.-
2. Make sure the labels are for Laser printers, not Inkjet printers.
3. Do not try and re-use a label sheet that only was half printed on.
4. When you put the labels in the bypass tray, set the paper type to labels...this slows down the print process so they won't get jammed.

I have Toshiba photocopier, Studio 455. i want to print one page label paper. Should i use a bypass, which i tried but did not work. Tell me how.

If you are printig labels you MUST use the bypass tray on the right side of the copier. You mst specify heavy or card stock/label paper so it will fuse properly. I can't tell you why the tray does not work? But labels must be run thru the bypass.
Good Luck and Thank You for using Fixya.
