My printer is giving error and not general to prepare.
I call her, she ai ta general error appears she preparing and never more.
How can I solve this problem?

Most likely there is something stuck in the priner somewhere. Try removing side panels and see if there is anything. I have a video with HP 6500A model. It is a bit different deifferent from 6600 and 6700 printers, but may be helpful to guide you in the right direction.
This seems to be Printer failure error. The best you can expect the printer to work is with the steps below.
Remove all the cartridges from the printer. Wipe the electrical ( tiny golden contacts ) with Lint free cloth. Disconnect the power cord from back of printer and while holding the power and cancel button - connect the cord. Release the buttons after 2-3 seconds.
It should prompt you to install cartridges. Hope everything goes smooth, if not it could be hardware related issue. You can also contact HP on 1-800-474-6836 for further information.

Verify that the unit is switched on. Disconnect the USB/Ethernet cable
from the All-in-One and also disconnect power cable from All-in-One and
also from wall outlet. 3. Wait 30 seconds. 4. Plug in the power cable to All-in-One and also to wall outlet. 5. Check for the functionality.
I still had the error message, so they said to reset the printer to factory default settings: 1. Unplug the power cable from printer when the printer is powered on and wait for 20 seconds. 2. Then, press and hold # and 6 while plugging in the power cord. Continue holding until it displays Semi Full Reset message in the front panel of the All-in-One.
If those two steps do not resolve the problem then its is hardware related and can't be solved here.
I also have a 6500 and my printer wont recognize my ink cartridges. I purchased new HP ink yesterday and the same error still appears. I was on the phone with an HP technician for a while troubleshooting this problem. After we had tried every solution possible, the technician's supervisor came on the phone and told me that HP was sending me an electronic gift card to my e-mail address. It was for $165 to purchase a new printer from their online store. HP said that they didn't want my older printer back, so not to worry about what I decide to do with it. I ordered a new printer immediately. Sounds to me like there's an ongoing problem with that printer.
