I am using Sage to print invoices, i installed a dot matrix printer to do this. The model is Panasonic KX-P2023. The problem is when i print an invoice, the invoice for some reason keeps printing the totals etc on the second page. I have went into the printer properties and changed the preferences for paper size to lots of different sizes however it continually prints onto the second page.

1 INBOX Driver is Printer Driver that is included in Windows 7.

It sounds like you have the paper size set to letter instead of the size required for your invoice

Did you get the Vista driver for your machine from Panasonic? If not, it may not work. I use VM ware and run windows xp in virtual machine in order to use some of the older drivers.

check your printer settings. go to preview print page before printing. Might have to uninstall printer and reinstall it again. Hope that helps You.

You probably have a power supply problem and searching for the failed part requires some knowledge and a couple pieces of test equipment.
The vibration is liekly caused because a DC voltage produced inside has AC ripple on it because of a failed part, probably a bad capacitor.

When you add the printer in Mac select Epson LQ850 driver or install the Generic Text driver. That is your most basic driver for all operating systems

First, if you have your manual, look it at for possible solution. Does this printer have a "load" or "top of form" function? There may be a "programmable" setting which will back the paper back down to the correct spot. The college where I'm employed used to have several Panasonic dot matrix printers, but almost all are now long gone.
