Firmware won't update on magicolor 1690mf. pc can't find printer

Have a tech come out re-flash the copier OS. Firmware is only available thur secure web site

My Konica Minolta Magicolor 1690mf print very nice. But both scan and copy are not good. When doing with any documents, there is a big black line through page. How can I resolve it?

IF YOU COPY FROM GLASS,AND NO LINE, THAN LIKE OTHER COPIERS THERE IS ANOTHER NARROW GLASS THAT HAS SOMETHING ON IT

Mac OS X 10.6 fails to connect to printer

Hello try to install the driver software again from here:

http://onyxftp.mykonicaminolta.com/download/SearchResults.aspx?productid=1167

Uninstall the old software before you install the new.

1. Main switch is tuned ON.
2. Press the following keys in this order
2 -> 6 -> 2 -> 7 ->3
3. Main switch is tuned OFF/ON
