On our Panasonic KX-T7730, we have a system of 6 phones however at the moment only 1 phone is able to receive a call. This started a few days ago and is not resolved itself.

Maby u change day mode to night, by 101 ext. go off-hook and dial 781#for day mod and 782# for night mode.
When on-hook by # u can check mode status.

How to switch on the ringer in Panasonic KX-T7730 ?

I have a 3 position switch on the left side of the phone. Since I doubt that's what you're really asking, the ring from outside lines is controlled by system programming. Consult the manual for your Panasonic system. In a TA series, it's program 408-409 for Day and Night ringing.

We cannot get our KX-T7730 out of night mode. When in day mode all phones in office ring when it should only be 2 that ring

It depends on the phone system. 78x commands force the system into different modes. 781 is usually day, 782 night. It may have to be dialed from extension 101 or maybe it can be dialed from any phone. YMMV. I guess when a phone fits on 18 different phone systems you get answers like this LOL

On 308 pansonic pbx (kx-t7730), when the incoming call rings all the extension phone and the master (PT or operating console)phone rings.so please help me to make it ring only on the master.thanks

When you take this unit out of the box, you get programming instructions. One of them is the ringing (program 408) for day mode. (409/410 for night and lunch). By default, all phones ring on all lines in all 3 modes. You have to remove the ring to make it go away.

How do you take the system out of automatic night mode?

Depending on what the system is connected to, you dial 781 or *7801 for day mode from the Operator phone, or a phone programmed to set mode. It will stay in that mode until you manually change it 780 or the clock event comes around again.
