Hi, You need to go into menu and check you tray and paper configuration, for instance if you have letter paper in tray 1, go into menu and scroll to paper tray 1 and make sure it says letter paper 81/2 x11, then do the same for tray 2. Even though the machine has the required size paper and set to auto, you have to go into menu and tell the machine what kind of papers are in the trays, the machine don`t do this automaticaly. The most common place for these to squeak is the fuser, usually a bushing that holds the lower (pressure) roller has failed and the shaft is grinding against the frame of the fuser. Grinding will usually occur shortly after. You need to remove the fuser and examine where the lower roller's shaft comes out to the gear for bushing wear. Then you can replace the fuser with a rebuilt, or replace the right and left bushings if you want to tear down the fuser. Another squeak can come from a toner having bad bushings allowing the drum to rub the plastic housing of the toner. Yet another could be the bushings holding the final roller shaft for the exit bin, requires removal of the top,

There are many sensors that are throughout the machine. Try checking all of the flags and see if they are stuck or loose. If you can locate one that is either try to reseat. If not you could have a bad sensor and needs to be replaced. A certified technician can help with that.
