I have one Konica Minolta bizhub c250, unfortunately I forgot the administrator password can I reset it to system default.

Use this function to initialize protect passcode and administrator's password.
1. Press <Mode>, <*>, <6>, <1>.
2. Press either [Initialize Protect Code] or [Initialize Admin Password].
3. Press [Yes].

Press <Mode> about two seconds until you hear the beep twice.
When you press " * ", you will hear short beeps.

The Administrator setting will be available by entering the administrator password (8 dig-
its) The administrator password is initially set to "12345678."

yes, it have a default administrator password which is 8 times 0 (zero).if this does not work then try 12345678. best of luck.

still having trouble..if default password didnt work for you then try reseting it to default password by:
1) Utility/Counter
2) Details
3) press STOP zero zero + STOP zero one
and now your in Tech Mode
4) same page press STOP + Zero + C
5) modify admin password and retype and then exit
6) do not DO NOT touch any other options unless you know what your doing..you can lock the machine and would be able to work..rate if this helped you out

you cannot overide the administrator password on the konicas the default password is 12345678 try that

Change your dns and smtp in the copier. Go to your browser and type the IP of your copier in the address bar. You'll find these settings in the Network section, the administrator password is '12345678'or '00000000'

Reset your Toners and Imaging units for Minolta Bizhub and CF series.

Go to web browser and type the copier ip address click administrator the login password is 12345678. this the best way to access the network setting.

Try 12345678.  That worked for me for my Bizhub C250.

Konica Bizhub c350 default password is 12345678 give that a try

Unfortunately you cannot reset those electronic counters.
I'd suggest reloading the firmware to try and solve the issue going forward.
