How to replace light bulb in toaster oven model 6058

:-) Same here, in the middle of cooking the toaster just died. O' well, i am a tech! i opened the unit and diagnosed the problem. the unit has a non-resettable high limit thermostat that blows open when reaching high temperature. the problem is that when it happened, the oven wasn't even hot and was only on for a bout five (5) minutes. From my experience, it is due to a design defect. from all i have seen so far, it doesn't seem that the company cares about its reputation or customers... what can you expect from the French?!

The bulbs are available from the Panasonic parts store (Google), however I called Panasonic service and they could not explain to me how to take the toaster apart or tell me how much the repair would be. I partially disassembled the toaster and still could not figure out how to replace the bulb. Sorry. Good luck.

I honestly believe that the burned element in my toaster oven is replaceable
like a burned out oven element or dryed element. I thought someone would
show me how to replace the element. That didn't happen. I am dubious
about the need for experts via a commitment to a specialists' plan.

You need to remove the top cover and check for a bad fuse if no display. If you have display, then it could be a bad door switch, or a bad megaton, or na bad high power Diode.
