In Feb 2010 we purchased a WFW9400W, it is our first frontloader. My Wife is very unhappy with the cleanliness of the wash compared to her previous top loader. Given that we have to use the "HE" detergents which are more expensive, we're not sure that we have a better, more efficient product.
I am hoping that this complaint is unusual, please send any pointers how we can get (in particular sweaty Gym clothes and towels) clean and fresh smelling in the first wash cycle. (We are a Family of three, often the washer is less than half full, does that have a negative impact?

It's like a credit card company in that you give them money and they forward it (after taking a percentage) to the product vendor. You will have to contact the vendor that you purchased your product from. If you purchased it throught EBay, Paypal often provides security by guaranteeing that Paypal will refund your money if you don't receive the product. I would start by contacting whomever who purchased this product from (not Paypal). Good luck!
At Lowes you can purchase foam rubber pads 4"X5" pack of two for $3.50. If walking forward and after cecking level and washer pads are tight, place half of one pad under each of the two front feet. Place the sticky side against washer feet. Solved my problem.
