Try disconnecting your printer from your pc and then uninstalling the drivers for it in your control panel. Go to the manufacturers website (Samsung) and click on the drivers and sofware area to download a new copy of the files necessary to run it.

After installing, reconnect your printer to your pc and try printing a test page to see if this has corrected the error.

How to cold reset in HP LaserJet 1536 dnf mfp

Hi,
Resetting the HP LaserJet Pro M1536dnf accomplishes the following:
  • Clears all data from the printer's memory (including unprinted data, downloaded fonts, and macros).
  • Stops any printing that is taking place and ejects the page.
  • Removes some error conditions.
  • Resets the printer to its factory default settings.
Reset Procedure:
  • Turn off the printer
  • Press and hold the Left arrow & Cancel while you turn on the printer
  • Once you see Permanent Storage Init you can release the buttons.
  • The printer should now start resetting.
Thanks,

INTERNAL ERROR INCLUDING CORRUPTED DATA POSITION: h6fw_5.35/xl_mage line:154 VERSION: spl 5.35 06-03-2009

I had this problem of the printer reportings "Corrupted Data" on a Samsung CLP-300 and a Samsung MPL-1910 printer and found a software setting that resolves the issue. I only found this issue on Windows 8.1 but I'm not sure it's Windows OS related. I just hadn't had this problem on Windows 7, Vista or XP. My printers are all on my home network connected to print servers so use TCP/IP ports on the laptop.

Go to the Printer Properties menu and select the "Ports" tab (3rd from the left near the top of the menu box.
Select "Configure Ports..." within this tab
If you have "RAW" selected then select LPR.
I added a Queue Name to match the Print server but I'm not sure if this is required
Then click OK and then you'll be returned to the Printer Properties Menu box.
Select the "General" tab on the extreme left of the tabs and click on "Print Test Page"
If you get a "WIndows Printer Test Page" out then this has resolved your problem.

I notice that it still reports on the Test Page that the format is RAW but now it works fine.

49, 4c02 error in hp SPAM I AM 1-800-532-4187

This is what the result for that error code is:-
ERROR 49.XXXX
A critical firmware error has occurred that caused the processor on the formatter to abort the operation. This type of error can be caused by invalid print commands, corrupt data, or invalid operations. In some instances, electrical noise in the cable can corrupt data during transmission to the printer. Other causes include poor quality parallel cables, poor connections, or specific software programs. Remove all EIO devices and firmware DIMM if installed. Restart printer. If error is gone replace each EIO device until error appears. Replace device which triggers error. May also be formatter.
Firmware updates are available for some machines at http://hp.com and clicking on the drivers and software tab. Also try printing from a different application. If that works go back to the first application and try printing a different file to determine if the problem is file related. You may need to reseat the memory DIMM's or replace the firmware DIMM or formatter board.
