Only do this my friend:
1- turn on The PC
2- before loading windows (showing "starting windows") press f8 key repeatedly.
3- choose safe mode and wait some minutes for loading.
4- when it loaded and you want to select your user, select "administrator" user.
it will login without any username or password.
Press and hold that key during the boot up process to enter BIOS scroll down to set user password or supervisor password you can change or remove your password from there
also
click start control panel user accounts
on the users tab,click the name of the computer administrator you can change the password there

during the boot up process you will see on the screen for a short amount of time press a certain key to enter set up
