Replace Developer , and use good quality toner.

ALWAYS CHG THE DEVELOPER AND DRUM AT SAME TIME. did you clear the counter first before chg the drum????? F8 has to do with the developer not the drum

Developer is also known as starter in other brands, it resides in the image unit. Its a powder of iron fillings

You do not reset you replace the developer reset with out replace tells the copier developer is new and machine sets voltages according when in fact developer is old causing codes/ image problems

This is hard Well depends on todays market (economy) this will be 70 $ for developer and 90$ for the drum unit. I hope you are a technician ............

to remove code "COF32" from your machine, simply change the developer with the new one. code will remove.

Reset it, start it with the right door open, go to service mode, clear the counters for drum and developer and go to functions menu. Close the right door and start immediately the F8 function. It should work.

i will like to know how to reset the page count and service my konica myself, also my konica bizhub 250 is showing C-0204
