You do not reset you replace the developer reset with out replace tells the copier developer is new and machine sets voltages according when in fact developer is old causing codes/ image problems

Well depends on todays market (economy) this will be 70 $ for developer and 90$ for the drum unit.

Reset it, start it with the right door open, go to service mode, clear the counters for drum and developer and go to functions menu. Close the right door and start immediately the F8 function. It should work.
