I have a Bosch Clasixx 1200 express which I have had for about 2 years. Recently it has stopped putting fabric softener through, although the detergent drawer empties fine. I've tried different wash cycles and cleaning out the detergent drawer before each wash, but the fabric softener still gets left behind. Any ideas?
We just had a tech come out to fix this problem for us. Essentially, the problem is that the fabric softener builds up and gets clogged. He cleaned out a solid hunk of frabric softener gunk, and suggested that we dilute our fabric softener with water to keep this buildup from happening again.

If you take out the drawer of the washing machine and look upwards there are 4 very very small holes get a pipe cleaner and giver them a jolly good clean.

I have this problem too - I took the top off the machine and where water comes into the machine at the back there is a switch that diverts the water to 2 seperate tubes depending on where in the cycle the water is to be sent to. The default is to the washing powder section but at some time it switches to the 2nd tube for the fabric . I believe this soleniod (I think) that does this switching is not working. Part is about £30 but trying to see how I can fit it myself.
