it sounds like ur tub is slipping and loose it should be under warranty save ur self a heADACHE AND CALL THEM and tell them it isnt getting ur clothes good enough they r coming out wet

Sounds like the dryer element is burnt out. Common problem easy fix by just about any service company.

you probably have the "burst free" hoses, this machine draws water too fast so the hoses think they burst, change the hoses to the original or get new ones that aren't burst free and this should solve your problem

I was talking toa repairmain about which washer/dryer to get and he mentioned that the Bosch can stain clothing blue. I don't know anything else about why...but I'd contact my Bosch dealer.

Make sure latch mechanism is tight and check out the seal for imperfectionc ....ie cracks or flat spots
