Try a new Remote control, and if that doesn't fix the problem, it may be a remote sensor in the set. Hope this helps. Have a great weekend

SOURCE: I need the code for vizio L32 to program One For All remote
I used the LG code 0178, to program my universal remote, it was not a One For All remote but the code worked.
I can't remember where I found the code, but give it a try!

Most likely the TV has a power supply related problem. The most common thing to go out is the circuit board that supply power to the screen. Commonly called a Backlight Inverter Board.
But, I can't say it's 100% the problem because I can't actually look at the tv over the internet.
If you have some electronic experience, if you can find and purchase a Service Manual over the internet; It will help you diagnose the source of the problem and fix it by soldering in the new part. The Service Manual will give you circuit diagrams, test points, and part# lists. Usually, cost under $20. And most cases the new part cost less than $15.
I hope I shed some light on the subject for you.

Hi, this is not something that can be reset. this Blue Screen is displayed as a default screen, whenever there is NO signal at the Input. You need to make sure your input connections are all 100% OK. The blue screen is displayed because the set cannot detect any input signals at all, you need to check, your antenna, and connections to it. In fact it would be a good idea if possible to test this outlet to see if indeed you do have a signal to begin with.
Below is your service manual below that is your user manual, use the service manual to troubleshoot this issue, use the user manual to ensure all settings are correct.

Hi.
If the TV is completely dead, then it is either power cord, wall socket, or the power supply board inside the TV.
The wall socket is easily tested connecting a different appliance.
Check if the power cord if fused. If it is fused, then replace the fuse. The power cord is tested using a multimeter set on impedance to read if there is continuity between prongs and contact to PSU inside the TV (or connector if power cord is not soldered).
The PSU is tested checking the zener and the resistors in the AC stage of the circuit, then visually checking capacitors and testing components in the PSU. Often it is possible to spot a burnt area or a bulged capacitor at a glance.
Here the PSU:

Call the seller to ensure that the PSU is the right part for your model. The old PSU must be tested before replacement.
