    So to say my friends it jus what it is their is no English conversion these models were made for the the Japanese and no English code can work they just like to be different

    If they are going to export them,they should make provisions for translation including maps from Japan to whichever country the vehicle goes to.

If the manufacturers of carrozeria car radio/DVD/radio cassette players are listening, they must do something about this language barier. i think its a big headache. we live in a big world for some company to manufacture a product with one language. I AM VERY DISAPOINTED.

    Carrozzeria is the Japanese car audio section of pioneer. They are designed for Japan only, hence why only in Japanese. If you want something with more languages, the buy the equivilant pioneer international model.

My searches lead me to believe that you have a model that was made for the Japanese home market and only comes in Japanese. The advert for it is in Japanese. No English Manual listed.

There are a few models like this. Sometimes they can be changed by executing a Firmware Update. Write to Pioneer in Japan. Write in Japanese first and in English below. Be very polite, they like that.

Some units are made for the Japanese home market and only come in Japanese. One easy way is to use a smartphone with the Google Translate app on it and use the camera feature to translate what you see. Look for Settings - Language.

Many thanks for your help ... the Pioneer Carrozzeria AVIC-MRZ05 in your Honda Fit only comes with the Japanese language ... You would have to install another stereo that comes with English language included to get it to display in English.

Possibly purchase a replacement model from the United Kingdom and install it instead of the Japanese model.

Youtube videos might help show menu for similar model, but it still may be impossible to change the language to English. The Pioneer model from Japan doesn't appear to be designed for English. This same question has been asked for many years without a solution.

The general consensus is that Pioneer Carrozzeria devices are usually intended for use in the Japanese market, if the language is already Japanese it probably cannot be changed to another language.

However, in general, when you reset a Pioneer device back to factory settings (the 'factory reset'), the first prompts received should be for
Language setting
Time setting
and so forth. So if you hard reset it, you should get a list of options to choose from, one of which would be either
'English'
or else the Japanese equivalent
'Eigo'.

So see if you can factory reset the device. This is, on Pioneer devices (generally speaking) done by holding down one button while powering the unit On... which button in this case? I am not sure (you have not stated which model of Carrozzeria device you have), but with the model # ***** could perhaps find out more specific information.
