About 18 months old, stopped in mid cycle, washed but has not rinsed (downy is still in dispenser). Flashing code of F- with time left in cycle. What does that mean? The door is locked, won't unlock, can't cancel. I tried unplugging and plugging back in, nothing. Help!
Read the Manuel and see if they offer an over ride, first.
Since you already tried rebooting the machine, I won't suggest that!
If no go you will need service at this time!

I Agree,
I don't think it is any other board, I believe the CCU (central control unit)
has gone bad as it keeps on stopping mid cycle. If it was the Motor Control
Board (MCU) then the washer motor should have been causing problems (which isn't
the case) so replacement of CCU will be a great option. Please get back to me

my machine started the f 06 thing two days before the warrranty ended, so the repairman ordered a new board. took a month to get the part and a week to schedule installation. still f o6. tech support agreed that it needed a new motor. new motor installed and still f 06. 1200. for the washing machine. 250. in labor costs and now no one has any ideas. customer service says that the repairman can come out and play with the thing and call tech support. yesterday, customer service orffered a 10 percent discount on same unit replacement. sign me up!
