How to open fujitsu Siemens Scenic e620 case?

If that don't work you can always try windows update.

Second, run programs like everesthome to find out its drivers. (Please, don't use an online auto detect program, It can be damage you com by adware or virus, or be hacked.) Then search each drivers.

I assume its locked.....will have to either try the manufacturer of the case or a locksmith.

found the lock was only partionaly on and with a slight extra push was able to remove the case without any damage

Just remove the thumb screw and slide the casing going to the front.
