I have a HP office jet L7500 it has worked fine and has no problem printing any of my emails or Word document but when I try to print a photo from my PICTURES stored in Windows Vista the yellow light starts to flash with a command that says turn printer off then back on again. I ran a check from the SETUP on the printer and it does note in the report that I have a Firmware Error. What does that mean and how does it relate to only trying to print a picture from my windows file?

Hi,

If the printer is asking for firmware update, there is an update available on HP website. Click on the download button below to download.
Download the update and install it. turn off the printer after the update is installed and power on and try to print.

Download the firmware

*Note : If you have setup the printer on router/network, my suggestion would be to connect the printer using USB cable and do the firmware update for better results.

Ahhh. A fellow OfficeJet 4652 owner. I own one too. In your print driver, you want to click quality, and then normal.

My HP office Jet 5610 all in one only prints on the left side.

First try printing directly from the PC to the printer without using the JD. If the problem persists, then factory reset the print server and reinstall the appropriate print drivers onto it before reconnecting to it.

my hp office jet pro l7500 indicates the ink has expired in all cartages but the cartgages are new because they were just put in . Before the same error code came up and so bought new cartages. Also the door to the cartages will not stay closed without tape.
