Then you must have a charger problem. If you have a digital voltmeter or access to one. Set it to 200 volts dc and plug the leads into the two outter holes of the charger port located under the front of the joystick. Without the charger plugged in you will be reading the current voltage of the batteries. Now plug the charger cord into the wall socket and the reading on the meter should go up to 26-30 volts. if it doesn't change the reading after a few minutes then the charger is bad. Now you can get an off-board charger for your chair somewhat cheaper than an on-board charger. If you have a friend or neighbor that has a chair or scooter with an off-board charger you can borrow it for a few hours to charge your chair until you can get a charger of your own.
