Re: How do I upload pictures from my Kodak c182 camera...
Use the cable that came with the camera to connect to your computer via a USB port.
No cable?
Use a card reader, these are cheap about 7-15, and carefully insert the card from the camera into the reader and connect to your computer.

I am not sure the Kodak EasyShare C813 can transfer files straight from the internal memory. Many cameras need you to copy the images on the internal memory to a memory card and then you can transfer them over.
On the Kodak you can copy (not move) them to a memory card by following the instructions below:
The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.
