We have had a wdt40 - axxis ventless dryer. Not sure if that is the same as this model. While on warranty we got that F03 error. The repair person took the whole dryer case apart to clean the condensate sump out.
I found an easier fix on you tube. The short version of the short fix is to bail out a sump which is likely full of lint. That sump is accessable from a cover located underneath where the the heat exchanger sits. Two tabs on the cover need to be pulled towards the front of the machine (I use a nut pick). Generally that fixes the error.

You need to check and clean pump filter, normally located behind a removeable plastic cover at bottom front of washer right hand side.
If no filter found there remove rear panel of washer, and clean pump from rear of washer.
Please rate my solution.
Thanks.

SOURCE: Bosch Axxis Washer Detergent slot codes; what do they mean?
soap goes in far left
softner middle
liquid all fabric bleach or powder bleach in far right
SOURCE: Bosch axxis washing machine detergent symbols
There are usually 3 compartments in the drawer, the smallest is for using fabric conditioner, the largest is where you put the powder or detergent in, the middle size one you do not put anything in, as it is where the cold water comes in for rinsing.
Plz rate my solution.
Thanks.

check filter. check no foreign objects fouling pump impellor - bra wires are the favourite
SOURCE: remove bosch axxis 2060 washer motor
Remove the back panel to get to the motor which is at the bottom at the back. Notice two bolts holding the motor into the mount. Remove these two bolts. Notice the back part of the motor is sitting in the mount with black rubber washers. Carefully, pull the motor forward, and this will be abit hard. You can take a flat head screw driver and tap down (in between) on each front plastic washer and the motor will slowly come forward. Becarefull because there is a wire harness still attached to the motor. You have to take wire cutters and clip the placstic band holding the wire harness to the motor. Then grip the harness and wiggle it free. Then remove the single wire also. Putting the belt back is a bit tricky too. Make sure you put back the two black rubber washers and the two front plastic washers.

Mine too. I can't stand the Bosch washer and dryer I have. They are new and problematic. I wish I didn't have to have a ventless dryer where I live!. It takes an extremely long time for items to dry and even then I have to remove them from the dryer in order for all the moisture in them to evaporte by air-drying. Never again. I used to LOVE my Maytag and had a great set of Kenmore too previously that didn't cause the problems these "high end" Bosch models have. Argh! I am interested in what the F03 error means as well.
Mine is doing exactly the same thing - and it is 2014! Bosch should have gotten the bugs out of this by now - newness can no longer be the excuse.
