Try to clean the discharge pump filter first (Instructions in the Use/Care manual).

If the drain pump is working, it's most likely related to the pressure switch. Check out these postings:

Do a diagnostic test -- Easy and free, and the machine will likely diagnose its own problem. Instructions in those postings.

My front load washer goes into pause two min after machine is started i have to press start for cycle to continue and sometimes it does it a second time press start again it will then finish cycle

you should check button start / pause the washing machine, if it is damaged you must replace it with a new one, the damage caused by the push button which is not connected properly.

Ge front load washer won't go into rinse cycle.

Check the cold water hose. My brand new machine had this behavior until I discovered a kink in the cold water hose - works great now.

My washer had 1 minute left before the spin cycle was complete.

Push and hold the START button for three seconds if you want it to finish off that last minute.

...or...

Push and hold the PAUSE button for three seconds to stop the cycle.

Peace.

Washing machine stops when there is 19 minutes left!

you need to have a tech out to look at it it sounds like the motor isnt going into high spin and /or cutting out on over load this is a problem with the g/e's there is no filter on this machine all the lint is flushed down the drain

One minute left

be sure water is draining out before spin starts if necessary remove bottom panel and clean pump out and ck hoses to pump be sure there are no excess suds ..wash only full loads small loads or loads with 1 heavy item will cause washer to sense off balance and try to balance load this will extend cycle time

GE Adora front load washer overloaded now won't start

Washers - Resetting Electronic Controls on a Washer

If there is a pause in the washer cycle, the controls will lock up. The pause can occur because of a power failure or it was put in the test mode at the factory.

Also, if the washer was stopped before the cycle was complete or the consumer has pushed the stop/pause button to temporarily stop the cycle and the cycle is not reset. Over a period of 24 hours, the washer will pump out and spin, but will stay in the final spin.

To correct the situation, shut off the circuit breaker for 30 seconds or unplug the washer, then turn the timer knob around and back to any position other than final spin. Verify the water is turned on and restore power. This should resolve the issue.
