Error code c2557 means "Auto Toner Density Control sensor abnormality" (ATDC)
Sir, Mam, When the developer was changed did the tech use a vacuum cleaner if so he may have destroyed the ATDC sensor. In service mode Clear counters first EXIT once THEN POWER OFF Master Power Rear left side (DO NOT EXIT ALL the WAY OUT OF SERVICE MODE), dump old developer, install new developer run F8. Do not run copies or prints before running F8 Remove Ethernet cable and FAX line to prevent any printing.

Abnormally low toner detected TCR sensor.
Problem with the developer, toner sensor, or if a PM was done and the counters were not cleared property. Open and close front door to reset. If error returns, check developer unit.
