I work for Nokia and i can help you this will only work for Nokia 5310 what you do is the following
Step 1 : Type in : 11111
Step 2: Type in: 22222
Step 3: Type in: 33333
Step 4: Type in 44444
Step 5: Type in: 55555
Step 6: Type in: 66666
Step 7: Type in: 77777
Step 8: Type in: 88888
Step 9: Type in: 99999
Step 10: Type in: 00000
Step 11: Take battery out wait a good 10 minutes as this resets the code
turn your phone on and repeat the same process above in the same order and wait 10 more minutes and the turn it on it will ask for your security code as you have followed the steps the code will now be to the default of: 12345 then enter your new code and the verify it by entering the new code you just entered and away you go thanks.

Go to 4shared and download "reset nokia security code" software. Put your IMEI number in it. It will generate the master code for your mobile. Do not keep your sim card in your set while entering it. Before even trying it, just remove your simcard from your handset and try the default pincode. Mine is nokia 3110c it has code 12345.
