pls. send which error message shows in your display , while the paper jam occur.

solution depends up on that error message.

I have a samsung scx-5635 Fn and im getting an error message of 02-0000. what does this code mean?

on printer, in menu there is clear setting, find it and do ""clear setting" , "all setting", then will be fine

I had the same error message printed with the same printer. I solved my problem by printing my PDF document with another program.

try a different driver pcl5 or pclXL or just
re install it
