What do you mean by clicks? Plasma televisions are hot cathode ray, there is thermal expansion that takes place due to heat.

I'm willing to bet you have bad capacitors on the power supply board. Is there a clicking sound when you try and turn it on?? I've heard that Samsung is repairing the power supplies even if your warranty has expired. Give Samsung a call and see if they will take care of the problem

You likely have a power supply capacitor(s) that has gone bad. This is an easy fix, and I suggest you search youtube for "samsung capacitor" and you should get some good videos how to repair it if you can solder. If not, any friend who can solder can probably help you repair this with a couple dollars worth of parts form Radio Shack.

do you hear any click click sounds? A common theme with Samsung. My tv did click and it was the capacitors.

it is time to replace the panel. the micron tube in the panel has already worn out.

Get a roof or digital antena.Will give u better signal.HD 1080i CBS,NBS check that if u have that in 1080i well able to get HD on the set.U might have a 720p tv set.

hi first call you cable company and let them that your cable box cought firer then call samsung cause you have a year if anything happens just know that you may have to pay for repairs
