I need operating instructions for a 2 year old Nespresso c250

Most rechargeable Dysons only last 2 years before failure. If it's 2 years old, the power control board is failing. It is disposable.

1. Check and clean the filter.
2. Release the battery and clean the battery terminals both on the battery and the vacuum. A small thin screwdriver is ideal.
3. put back together and check operation.

I worked for Nespresso for 2 years and YOU DO NOT descale every 30 days. You will clean your machine ONCE A YEAR or every 600 capsules. You will know your capsule count via your nespresso account. A representative can relay that information

Did you get the machine to work?

you remove the screw up front and the 2 scews buy the the rewheels from the bottom and then you pry the shell apart from the gasket it is tight but once you get it to loosen it come easy

Have you ever replaced the belt? That is most likely the reason that it is not picking up like it used to. You are actually supposed to change the belt yearly. Here is the belt you need and the manual which has instructions:
