Solution for error code c2557 konica minolta bizhub 250 machine
I went to print on my Konica Minolta C-250 and it didn't power up like normal. So I reset it using the rocker switch by the toners. When it came back up and all the language is in Japanese, it has an error code C-D307 displayed on it in english but that is it. What can I do?
From your description, you have a faulty NVRAM. Try to reset the copier as follow:
Shut down from the main power switch wait for a few seconds and then start it up while keeping the 'Utility/Counter' button pressed; keep it pressed until the reset button appears on the touch screen, release the 'Utility/Counter' button, touch the reset button nad an ok message should appear below.Restart it normally and it should work. If the error is still there, try to follow the steps provided in the solution found based on your error code.
