Since this a brand new unit you should be in direct contact with the manufacturer here:
and ask for assistance.
What I wil ask you to do is look for any tape or packing material in the bottom of the unit. If there is any tape on the float or flood sensors it will give you an error.
I note that there is no mention of P2 errors in the user's manual here:
