Sounds like your drainage impeller is blocked or stopped working take out the filter on bottom of machine and check for obstructions....beware it still carries water when you open the filter it will drain all the water out so either have towels at the ready or drag it outside to open the filter
1) The drainage hose must not stay in a lower
position than the top of the machine.
2) The drainage hose must not be bent or
clogged in any way due to the surrounding
physical configuration.
3) Open the the drainage pump filter tray, it must not have any improper substance or material inside that may cause
a machine breakdown. Ensure that the pump impeller turns freely.
Do you have an HE or standard washing machine?
If its not draining on an HE machine you need to check the drainage port on it which is usually on the lower left hand side facing it. Beware there is water that will come out especially if there is water in the machine. There is probably a sock or some other items trapped in there making the drainage slow. The drainage filter on a standard machine varies depending on the brand. Usually they are on the back of your washing machine. I would check the drainage hose and the filter to see if there is any socks or other items stuck in them. That is usually the issue when the water isn't spinning out. Good luck
Sounds like there is a large clog in the pump filter causing it do jam. You may have to work at it to remove it, or you may have to disassemble the washer and extract the clog manually by opening up the drain lines and pulling it back from the filter.
ON THE LOWER FRONT OF THE MACHINE THERE IS A COVER THAT CAN BE REMOVED WITH A COIN OR SCREW DRIVER ---- HAS 2 TWIST SCREWS HOLDING IT ------ ONCE REMOVED YOU WILL SEE A DRAIN PLUG ON THE LEFT LOWER CORNER -- THIS HAS A PLASTIC TURN KNOB THAT OPENS BY HAND ... SOMETIMES A BIT HARD TO OPEN BUT TURN KNOB LEFT AND WILL OPEN ....... WATER WILL START TO LEAK OUT AS YOU OPEN THIS BUT DON'T WORRY -- THIS HAS TO HAPPEN --- NOT ALL THAT MUCH WATER BUT BE PREPARED TO MOP IT UP ......... NEXT PULL THE DRAIN FILTER OUT FROM THIS OPENING AND WASH IT OUT ... ALSO REACH IN TO THE OPENING WITH FINGERS AS THERE MAY BE SOME BLOCKAGE BEHIND THE FILTER AS WELL.. BE CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE THE PLASTIC PROPELLER DEEP INSIDE THE HOLE , THIS IS WHAT SPINS AND TAKES THE WATER OUT OF THE MACHINE ....... VERY EASY TO DO ---- JUST NEED TO DO IT ONCE TO UNDERSTAND THE PROCEDURE... UNPLUG MACHINE BEFORE CLEANING ................
you can open the filter drainage under near the drain hose. there may be something that comes into the washer drum and died leaving a smell. how to open the filter is rotated and pulled out only. then you try to drain the washing machine how to turn it. will allow water or sewage, which is in the drum filter out of the hole. and do not forget to clean the exhaust filter the water, there will be a lot of dirt.
the drain pump of the washing machine is either got loose or its not working or the drain pump is blocked.
Water outlet fault (Grey Hose)
If F3 is flashing in the display, there is aproblem with drainage. Check:
• that no objects are stuck in the drainage
hose outlet.
• that the drainage pump is not blocked by
foreign objects. Clean the pump (see the
"CLEAN THE PUMP" chapter MENTIONED BELOW FOR MORE HELP).
• that there are no kinks in the drainage
hose.

CLEAN THE PUMP
Checking the trap and drainage
pump
The washing machine has a trap, where
coins, hairpins and the like can get caught.
To clean the filter and drainage pump:
1. Make sure the machine is empty of water
and that it is switched off at the mains.
2. Open the hatch for the drainage pump as
shown in the illustration.
3. Drain out the water, into a bowl, for
example, by unhooking the drainage hose
from the pin inside the hatch.
4. Unscrew the cover anti-clockwise and
remove.
5. Remove any foreign objects from the trap
and pump assembly. Check to see that the
pump blades, right at the back, will rotate.
6. Screw on the cover, replace the drainage
hose on the hatch pin and close the hatch.

There is a drainage and it is stucked with dust, mold etc. Just open metal lid on the wall inside your house, where the coil is installed and where you're changing filters, remove air filter, there at bottom you will see the drainage hole (now under water probably). Rent an air compressor from Home Depot or Lowe's, stick the hose to that hole and turn compressor on. This shall blow the drainage through. After that slowly pour 1-2 cups of Chlorox or Tylex in there, let it stand for 15 minutes, then pour some more water and blow with compressed air again, then flush it with water and blow last time. Do that at least once in two years, or you gonna have same problem again.
