OK, RNDIS means Remote Network Digital Interface Protocol or something like that. Cannot locate ISP, are you signed up for a remote connection? I don't care yes or no, but if you are, seek out your provider.

http://www.drivers-fix.net/arris.php. Comcast sometimes has drivers for this device. Use the ethernet connection if you can cause Arris EMTA's usb outputs **** unless your trying to do both which is what I think your doing. If your computer only has a USB connection look for adaptors

Cannot connect my htc p3400i phone with the pc ...i have windows xp service pack 2 on pc ...when i coneect it says found harware generic RNDIS but have no drivers for it ..plzzzzzzzz help
try plugging your cord into a usb port on the motherboard or a usb 2.0 port.
also,
download the usb driver here and install it.

Cdc ethernet/rndis adapter texas instruments is missing on startu
This problem is likely a USB modem you are using for DSL. Go here and choose the modem you are using and download and reinstall the driver.

No driver for my modem
There are no drivers for the arris cable modem unless you are using USB.

If you are using ethernet then it is simply plug and play. You may need to press the reset button on your arris.
